The following explain In Tenths Grinding, Inc.'s (ITG) online ordering process and refund policy.

  1. Ordering Process
    • First-time customers must set up an account over the phone with ITG at 413-786-6251. A valid credit card must be provided before orders are processed. Any order placed will not be processed until a valid card is on file. Once the first order is processed, all credit card information is deleted and customer data is encrypted and stored with our online merchant processing company, WorldPay.
      • From then on, customers can simply place orders and the card on file will be charged each time an order is placed. If a customer would like to change their credit card payment, they may call ITG at 413-786-6251. The aforementioned process occurs again.
    • All orders are reviewed by ITG before shipment occurs. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours (7:00AM TO 5:00PM EASTERN TIME). Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following normal business day.
  2. Refund/Return Policy
    • Returns must occur within 15 days of customer's receipt of order. Refunds are not processed until tooling is received. Refunds or returns will not be processed for tools in unsaleable conditions. Please call 413-786-6251 with any questions about returns or refunds.



Orders will not be processed until a Credit Card is on file with In Tenths Grinding.
